Terms Of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) sets out set out
the terms and conditions applying to and governing the use of supertaxi360
services.
The
term "us" or "we" refers to the owner of supertaxi360, SIG
Corporation Limited, a private company registered under the laws of Tanzania,
whose principal place of business is in Kibada, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.

CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES
1.
Definition of Terms
Request – means your transport booking order for transport services as
communicated to the agent through supertaxi360 app, via our website, email or
in person
Agent –
means a driver or person registered by us to offer transport services
Passenger – means the person in need of for transport services
Agent App – means the supertaxi360 app used by drivers to offer transport
services to passengers
Passenger App – means the supertaxi360 app used by passengers to request and manage
their transport requests
Fare –
means the fee payable to the agent by the passenger for the transport service
offered
Government Fee – means the amount paid by us to government agencies in accordance with
laws of Tanzania, the fee is included in the service fee
Service Fee – the amount paid by the
agent to us in connection with the usage of the Agent App in offering transport
services to passengers. The service fee shall be determined by us and may be
revised from time to time.
2.
Agreement to the use of
Our Services
By using our services, you
acknowledge and agree that, supertaxi360 is a booking service and is only
responsible for booking services, the contract between you and us is limited to
the booking services. Disputes arising from riding services or legal
obligations for provision of transport services will be resolved between the
passengers and agent. Data regarding the agent and their transport service is
available in the supertaxi360 App and receipts for complete trips will be sent
to the email address provided in the passenger’s profile.
3.
Requests Management
When providing the transport
requests, supertaxi360 shall provide you with an estimated travel time for the
trip, actual time used is subject to road conditions and actual route taken.
Please reasonably allow sufficient time for the trip to complete, taking into
consideration delays and unexpected road incidences which are out of control of
the agent. When ordering a service, please choose the car that suites you. The
agent has the right to restrict number of passengers and extra sized luggage.
4.
Payment for Services
and Fees
Payment for transport services made
by passengers shall be in cash to the agents. However, passengers may pay using
mobile money transfers.
Payment of fees made by
agents to us shall solely be by mobile money to our bank account and a payment
slip sent to us for verification.
5.
Request Cancellations
Cancelations are free only
if the agent has not moved or has moved to the wrong direction. Otherwise, cancellations
will be charged at 50% if the cancelation is made after the agent has arrived
at the pickup point.
6.
Liability
Our liability is limited
to loss or damage resulting from transport services request management only. We
shall have no liability in respect of any losses suffered as a result of the riding
services and you agree and confirm that such losses must be claimed against the
agent or their insurers.
7.
User Requirements and
Conduct
User requirements for our
services, not limited to age limits, are as provided in our Privacy Policy. Please

8.
Use of Personal
Information
We will use your personal
information only as set out in our Privacy Policy. Please read our Privacy
Policy on our website.
9.
Amendments
Supertaxi360 reserves the
right to amend these Terms at any time by posting changes online. Please review
these Terms regularly to ensure that you are aware of any changes. The Terms
set out on our website at the time of your service requests shall apply to the services
requested.
10. Governing Law
The Terms shall be
governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of Tanzania.
If the respective dispute resulting from these Terms cannot be settled amicably
by negotiations, then the dispute will be finally resolved in the Courts of
Tanzanian.
11.
Miscellaneous
This contract is between
you and us. No third party shall have the right to enforce any of its terms.
Each of the paragraphs of these Terms operates separately. If any court or
relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining
paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
