SIG Corporation Limited, the developer and owner of supertaxi360 hereby provide this Privacy Policy (herein referred to as Policy) to inform you of the collection, use, sharing and disclosure of personal data we collect when you use our website or mobile apps.

This Policy applies to all users of supertaxi360 services anywhere in the world, including user of supertaxi360 website and mobile applications. This Policy explicitly applies to:

Agents: Drivers who wish to provide transport services to individual persons and delivery of goods

Riders: Users who request for ride to transport services.

This Policy applies to personal information only collected and processed by supertaxi360 in offering transport services, under applicable data protection legislations in the jurisdictions we operate.  Except as otherwise stated herein, this Policy does not apply to any uses of Personal Information by agents, riders or any other affiliates. Please note that, we do not accept any responsibility or liability for third party privacy obligations.

1.       The information we collect

Personal Information: we collect personal information such as names, location, phone number and emails address during registration of a supertaxi360 user account. In addition, we collect driver’s licence data, vehicle or motorcycle number, insurance records, licences and permits information, model, manufacturer, model and roadworthiness conditions during registering of agent account.

Information from other Sources: from third parties and partners that use supertaxi360 services as well as government entities for verification of licenses and criminal records (where required by law).

Information Collected automatically: when using our transport services and depending on settings and/or consent on your device, the following information may be automatically collected:  GPS coordinates, IP address, date and time of activity and we may use web cookies together more data. Users may disable location services on their devices but service may also be affected

Trip and transaction information: We collect trip and transaction information identified with your utilization of our services, including the kind of services you requested or provided, destinations,  delivery information, date and time of the service, time take, distance covered and amount charged.

Information from other sources: This may include user feedback, such as ratings or compliments, referral programs, third party service requests, publicly available sources and marketing service providers.

 

 

 

2.       How we Use your Information

We use your information for the following purposes:

For services provision: when you request for transport services from supertaxi360, we use your information stored in your account to provide the services, we share your name, contacts and location to the agent and we share agent’s information with the rider. We also share your information with payment gateways if you choose to use electronic payment methods for verification of payments.

For support purposes: In an event, you request for help, we use your Personal Information attending your queries and related customer support issues.

For marketing: We may use your personal information to send you marketing information such as offers and discounts, solely for marketing supertaxi360 services as may be allowed by the law of the land and if you opt to receive marketing information.

Cookies:  We may use cookies and or similar technologies to collect information when accessing or using our services. Users are may choose to opt in or opt out at any time.

3.       Choices and transparency

We give the way to you to see and control the data that supertaxi360 gathers, including through: in-app privacy settings, device permissions, in-app ratings pages and marketing opt-in and opt-outs. You can also ask supertaxi360 to give you clarification and/or revision of your information.

4.       Privacy Settings

Settings for privacy are provided under the privacy settings menu in order to allow users to set pricy according to their preference. Privacy settings are dependent on device type such as Android or IoS.

5.       Information Disclosure

Personal information may be disclosed to third parties in accordance with applicable laws or if required by state organisations to so only if provided for by the law.

6.       Children’s Policy

Children under the age of 18 years are not qualified to register for our services without the written consent of their parent(s) or guardian(s). Should we learn that you registered by providing incorrect information, legal actions might be instituted against you in accordance with the applicable law.

7.       Right to restrict use of personal information

If you feel that you know longer need to use our services and want your personal information removed from our systems, please feel free to contact us to restrict use of your personal information.

8.       Updates to this Policy

Updates to this Policy is solely the discretion of SIG Corporation. If need be, this Policy may be revised and changes will immediately be applicable after communication is made through our website and apps.
